 How can I track my order’s status?

An order is shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.  You can track your order on the Track Order page after logging into your account.

 

 How long is the delivery time?

Standard shipping time is 2-4 business (USPS) days depending on the product.  

We ship directly from Mooresville, North Carolina (Warehouse)

Can I change the shipping address after making an order?

If you have put down the wrong address or want to change the address please send us an email as soon as possible.  If the order has already been shipped it is unlikely we can do anything about it. If the order has not been shipped we will try our best endeavors basis to amend the shipping details.
