Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous U.S (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).

Standard shipping is $10.95 for orders under $75. 

In order to qualify for free shipping, your subtotal must be $75 or more after discounts have been applied and will be automatically applied to your total at checkout. Qualifying purchase amount of $75 does not include shipping or taxes.

Oversize and freight shipping surcharges may apply to some items due to their size and weight regardless of the purchase amount. The surcharge will be noted on the product page. Brands with non-standard, oversize and freight shipping include, Million Dollar Baby, Nursery Works, Babyletto, Ubabub, Monte, Oeuf furniture, Jenny Walker, Maison Deux, Plan Toys, Plum, Jupiduu, Kidkii and Ferm Living.

Unfortunately most of our brand partners no longer ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/ FPO/ DPO addresses.

Delivery timeframes for each individual product are listed on both the product page and your cart.

Once an order has been processed and a tracking number assigned, we are unable to make any further changes to the order. 

We collect sales tax in states where we either have a physical presence or have reached nexus as governed by the individual state laws. Our list of states where we collect tax is reviewed regularly to ensure compliance and we now charge sales tax in the following states: California, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota,  New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.

Once an order has been processed and a tracking number assigned, we are unable to make any further changes to the order.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? Expect an emailed E-Giftcard within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our store. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. You are not credited back shipping. Thank you for your patience!

We do not offer Return Labels at this time. Instead we offer promotional codes so customers receive savings on their online purchases!

We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the receive date.
Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our Website and print out your order summary.
Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
